Product Information
Journals and Notebooks:
Can I clean my journal or notebook if it gets dirty?
Yes! You can use a damp cloth to clean the cover of the journal or notebook. Please ensure the cloth is not too wet as this can ruin the paper.
What are the sizes of your journals and notebooks?
The layflat journals are 7 inches by 9 inches. The spiral notebooks are 8.5 inches by 11 inches.
How come only some of the journals are offered in blank and lined pages and others are just lined?
We only offer the paper options to our bestselling notebooks.
Stickers:
Are your stickers weatherproof?
Yes, they are able to withstand exposure to wind, rain, and sunlight. They are printed on premium vinyl and coated with a protective laminate that makes them super durable and resistant to tearing, scratching, fading, oil, and water. They are even dishwasher safe.
Will your stickers adhere to fabric?
Yes, they will adhere to most fabric but do not put in washing machine or try to iron them on.
Will your stickers stick to my car window?
Yes! Vinyl and clear stickers are perfect for windows, bottles, computers, and ideal for outdoor and indoor use.
Bookmarks:
Can I order a bookmark without a tassel?
Yes, please specify in the comments of your order that you would prefer no tassel and no hole at the top.
Can I pick my tassel color for my bookmark?
We try to do our best to match tassel colors to each bookmark design but if there is a color you prefer, please specify the color in the comments of your order.
Greeting and Note Cards:
How do I care for my cards if I am not using them right away?
To ensure optimum protection, always store card and stationery in a box and keep it away from damp, heat and direct sunlight. We use the highest quality papers, however paper and ink will naturally fade over time.
Shipping & Returns
What shipment options are available?
We typically use USPS for the shipping of all orders and offers Standard Ground shipping option by default with optional Expedited shipping for 2 day and overnight (1 day) shipping for additional costs. Please note that upgrading your shipping does not expedite processing times.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes (Post Office Boxes). Art is Life Studio will need a residential or commercial street address to deliver your package.
When will I receive my order?
Art is Life Studio orders are packaged and shipped within an estimated 2-7 business days, depending upon the items ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches and sales.
We strive to get every order out in a timely manner. Due to supply chain issues and our reliance on our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order. If your order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, please know that your order is out of our hands once we trust it to our shipping partners. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships the tracking number will be included in an order shipment notification email.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping is calculated at Checkout and is dependent on several factors including the order subtotal and the postal code to where the order is being shipped and which shipping method is selected.
If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email artislifestudioshop@gmail.com for further assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship our products to the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Art is Life Studio accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email us at artislifestudioshop@gmail.com for a return label. There is a $10 return shipping fee for returns. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund onto the original form of payment. The refund shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10-14 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order. If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.
Which items are not Eligible for returns?
- Gift Cards
- Final sale items (any item offered with sale or clearance pricing)
How quickly will my card be refunded?
Once your return is received, we will aim to process it within 7-10 days. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to return the funds to your account. For further assistance, please email us at artislifestudioshop@gmail.com
Can I use an alternative card for my refund?
Refunds can only be administered to the card used to make the original payment.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
No, currently, we do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses.
Payment Information
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept debit or credit cards issued by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
When will my credit card be charged?
We charge your credit card at the time the order is submitted.
My credit card is not being accepted. What do I do?

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws. We remit all taxes to the appropriate jurisdictions. During the checkout process you may see sales tax added to your order for shipments to jurisdictions where we are required to collect and remit sales tax.
Other Issues
I see you're on Etsy too - where is the best place to buy?
Please shop directly with us! All items are shipped by us from the same location, the only difference is that when you shop with Etsy, we have to pay higher fees. So if you want to support us, please shop here on our website.
Do you ever trade at markets?
Yes! We occasionally appear at shows or markets, so you can shop from us IRL. You can find information about any upcoming events on our Markets and Shows Page.

I need to cancel my order.

My package says it was delivered, but I have not received it.
Often times the carrier states the order is delivered and it ends up arriving a day or two later. If your order has not arrived within a few days, please email artislifestudioshop@gmail.com with your order number.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you place a large order, it may also be split into two shipments. Please reach out to artislifestudioshop@gmail.com with your order number and we would be happy to send over any additional tracking information.
How do I report a missing or damaged item from my order?

Please note that we do not allow for people to buy our product retail (ie, through our website) to be resold. You must apply with us to be an authorized reseller. We need to approve people that are selling our product.
